1) how do i customise my product?

2) do we ship overseas (outside of Australia)?
yes. due to variable postage costs you must place your order as a "phone order" (click here to see an example) at check-out and we will contact you with your total order cost inclusive of postage and handling to your destination. alternatively you can email us by clicking here.
3) what scent do i choose if it is a gift?
our most popular scents are margarita, luxury lemongrass, madagascan vanilla & oriental mandarin. for a man, we recommend luxury lemongrass or fresh cut boughs. for a child, kid's lollipop or kid's lavender/sweet orange.
4) do we have parabens, sulphates or formaldhyde in our products?
no our products are natural and paraben, sulphate and formaldhyde free.
5) what happens if i forgot my password?

7) How does the reward program work?
Now you are rewarded for all of your purchases at QED, on-line & in-store.
Quite simply, you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend.
Every 100 points you earn, entitles you to a $10 QED e-voucher at the end of the quarter, (usable both in-store & on-line).
Spare points at the end of the quarter are rolled over for the next quarter, to get you that much closer to your free product.
You will find your QED&Co. Rewards tally at the top of each of our newsletters.
Spend $1 = 1 QED&Co. Reward point
100 QED&Co. Reward Points = $10 QED e-voucher at the end of the quarter
300 QED&Co. Reward Points = $30 QED e-voucher at the end of the quarter
326 QED&Co. Reward Points = $30 QED e-voucher at the end of the quarter PLUS 26 QED&Co. Reward Points rollover to the next quarter.
