What does QED mean ?

Quite a common one !  Q.E.D. Is shorthand for the latin phrase "quod erat demonstrandum" which translates as, "thus it is proven". The phrase is written in its abbreviated form at the end of a mathematical proof, to signify that the proof is complete.

At QED we believe in removing ingredients and not adding then ! We also believe that great skincare should not be based on the latest ‘marketing department-designed’ ingredient, (which seems to disappear by next year).  Rather, we have looked to known, proven ingredients like aloe vera & rosehip oil and exquisite ingredients like shea butter, jojoba oil & vitamin e, which melt so easily into your skin, leaving it soft & supple..

Where are QED products made ?

All QED products are made and manufactured in Australia.

We’re here for you !

Our team is available around the clock, email sales@qedskin.com with any questions, concerns, or feedback!

Will QED work on my skin type ?

Our products are formulated with the most sensitive of skin types in mind - we are dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, paraben free, gluten free, sulfate and silicone free. We recommend you always try a test patch before introducing a new product into your regimen.

When do QED products expire?

Our products feature natural ingredients, which do expire, and we recommend you use our products within 12 months of opening. If you are unsure of when your product expires, email a picture of the batch code to sales@qedskin.com and we will  look into it for you.

Are QED products vegan, cruelty free, gluten free?

QED is proud to never test our products or ingredients on animals. All our products are gluten free and vegan.

Can I use QED  products while I’m pregnant?

We recommend speaking with your doctor to determine which products will work for you during pregnancy. Always try a test patch before introducing a new product into your regimen.

Transport & Parking if visiting our salon

There is plenty of parking around but right in front is 1 Hr only (& the Parking rangers do seem to prowl around here a lot & a ticket is a very UNRELAXING end to a very relaxing visit).  So I have included a map which shows 2 Hr & unlimited parking options, all within a few minutes walk. Public Transport-wise, the map also contains the bus lines which will get you here.  If you are not on one of these lines, it is best to catch the train to Bondi Junction & then either walk (15 mins) or catch one of the buses which take you to Bellevue Hill Public School (these run every 5-10 mins & the journey is 5 mins).
