We will exchange or refund any QED products, with the following conditions:

* Purchases in store: within 30 days from purchase.

* Purchases on-line: within 30 days of delivery.

* The product must be at least two-thirds full, (with original product, untampered).

This return guarantee excludes Gift Card purchase & Pamper Voucher Purchases. 

In the rare case that a product is faulty, we will always refund/exchange as long as it is within the expiry date.

Super-easy.  Just drop in with your products.

1. Send us an email to: returns@qedskincare.com telling us which products to expect.

2. Post the items to:

QED SKINCARE - Shop 1/11 Bellevue Rd, Bellevue Hill, NSW 2023

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage or refund for any original postage costs.

3. Your refund will be processed within 5 days of arrival at our head office and you will get an email notification.
